Absolutely, We actually prefer it. Many corporations book months in advance and sometimes a year in advance, this secures their rental before any one else can book that time slot. Its also good practice to plan ahead as during our busy season, we cant accommodate everyone unfortunately but will always try our best.
We do all events, public, and private. You don’t have to be a big corporation to rent out our inflatables. You can rent one out for your backyard for a birthday party, as long as you want fun, we will accommodate what ever you need.
FunZone Rentals is fully insured with a $5,000,000 liability insurance policy. Furthermore all of our company vehicles are insured and every employee is insured.
How lazy would we be if we didn’t. We actually do more then deliver. We deliver, set up and take down.
FunZone requires an adult to be present supervising each inflatable. We also offer supervisors at an additional charge if the parents want to socialize away from all the screaming and excitement.
The beautiful part about FunZones inflatable selection is that we offer all different sizes for all different gatherings. The capacity is listed on all the inflatables and interactives on our website.
Short answer is no, unless its during a busy season for a substantial order or for far in advance for a substantial order. These deposits are fully refundable up until 1 week of your booking date. Reason being is that large orders takes product out of our inventory and makes us turn away other customers.
Full payment is required at the time of set up. It can be of course paid ahead of time. We welcome all forms of payment. Visa, Cheque, E-transfer, Cash.
Although we cant offer a buy one get one free coupon, we can for sure try our best. Please contact us if you have a need for renting multiple units on any single day. We will do our best to work with you and give you the best price.
(minimum)4hr – Infinity. How long can you bounce till you get tired? We offer multiple day rentals all the time, just call us and ask us.
We get it, life happens. There is no cancellation fee, providing you give us at least 24 hours notice. Once we have setup the equipment, your invoice is due and payable in full – even if due to weather, you are unable to use equipment.
If weather is a concern or rain is predicted, our setup staff will help you decide whether to go ahead or not – however you agree that the ultimate decision is upon Fun Zone Rentals to proceed or not. We will NOT setup if it is raining, or in our determination that the weather is unsafe for operation. Fun Zone Rentals also reserves the right to end your event early due to weather in its judgement, – no refunds will be issued. We want your event to be safe!
We will never ask you to clean any of the units as they will come clean. That being said, if units getting messy and dirty during use, this will fall upon the renters responsibilities to clean up. A fee could be instilled if lack of due care is considered a factor.
We get it, stuff breaks. Being that you aren’t probably the first person using the equipment, anything can happen. Unintentional damages aren’t usually a concern and can be repaired. For intentional damages a fee will be instilled usually in the amount of replacing a product. FunZone Rentals reserves the right to make this judgement call on damages.
The renter is 100% responsible to replace all that was lost, stolen, and or damaged.
